To celebrate it being Sunday, our day today looked a little different. We got to sleep in until 9am (AMAZING), had an outdoor service in the morning, then loaded the bus and headed up to Rocky Mountain National Park and the Alpine Visitor Center. After spending some time on top of the mountains (it’s casual), we headed back down to do some tourist-ing in Grand Lake, CO. Then back to Timberline we went for a cookout meal on the lawn and some wonderful calls home for Father’s Day! We ended the night with our first group of students sharing their testimonies. Tomorrow we will be headed back to work in the glorious Colorado sun (the UV index was 12 yesterday…)!
